School Goals
Our school is dedicated to promoting student success through academic, attendance and social growth. Early on, students create goals that they monitor, along with their teachers. Progress monitoring student growth allows us to analyze strengths, weaknesses, gaps, and growth, in order to guide instruction. We continue to see growth with this data driven, goal setting process.

Safe & Welcoming Environment
Our school is intentional in creating and sustaining genuine relationships with students, parents, and staff. We nurture an inclusive and safe environment. Students are taught expectations, rather than rules, and are held accountable to them. We use an anonymous locker and SafeOregon.com to allow students to report concerns. Our staff consistently attends extra-curricular activities to show support for student participants. We include bilingual staff in our office, as well as translate communication sent home or posted on social media.
